Consultation for Lewes and South Coast area rail commuters/passengers – removing railway bottleneck at Croydon

The consultation events will be held on Monday and Tuesday, 10 and 11 December 2018, 4-8pm, at theBrighthelm Centre, North Rd, Brighton, BN1 1YD.

Network Rail is developing proposals to remove the railway bottleneck at Croydon to deliver improved service for the 300,000 passengers who travel to London on the Brighton Main Line. The plans would see the railway remodelled with new flyovers replacing junctions, and East Croydon station rebuilt with two extra platforms and better facilities for passengers.
